Joining technologies- Laser welding: continuous longitudinal welds with or without filler material; multi-layer or simultaneous dual weld beads; inline production of single- and multi-chamber profiles
- HF welding: inductive (contactless) process; outer planing and, if required, inner deburring of the weld bead; inline re-galvanising of the weld bead for corrosion protection
- Shielding gas welding: for stable, permanent joints; robotic welding systems ensure high reproducibility; bespoke test welds available on request
- Spot welding: no seam preparation or post-processing required; simple to automate
- Other joining methods: riveting, clinching, press-joining, bonding; patented pull-through riveting for increased load capacity and extended functionality
