Roll forming is a cost-effective process for manufacturing high-precision steel sections in large quantities. In this process, metal strips are gradually formed into the desired cross-section at room temperature by pairs of rollers. Strip thicknesses of 0.3 to 8.2 mm, strip widths of up to 1,000 mm and section lengths of up to 27,000 mm can be processed with a high degree of dimensional accuracy. Additional processing steps such as punching, embossing or threading are integrated directly into the manufacturing process. The process enables complex cross-sectional shapes, tight tolerances and high repeatability, whilst ensuring efficient use of materials and cost-effective production. We manufacture bespoke special profiles, profile tubes and assemblies – precisely tailored to individual requirements and applications.
