Q Series Gearboxes are modular compact and high efficient products which are produced by Hydromec Italian company. All bodies are single piece of aluminum alloy at MIL-STD-276 standard. High helix angle gear is heat treated and CNC profile grounded. For lower volume and higher efficiency various profile rectifications are made. Prestressed Bearings which are durable to shock loads and reverse operation are used with NBR seals which are resistant to high temprature. For maximum durability Bronze alloy worm gear which is produced through centrifugal casting technique is combined with steel core for applications which required high ratio cub gearbox or double connection options are available. Motor - gearbox connections are compact and IEC B5-B14 standard in Q series.
