Zygo Optical Systems Division manufactures reference mirrors to exacting standards. Our large polishing machines, (from 48" to 196" in diameter), allow ZYGO to make reference mirrors using low expansion materials including Fused Silica and low expansion ceramics, to the highest quality attainable. Our interferometers allow us to qualify optics with tractable certification.
