Overview

Single-stage vacuum generators (examples)

• Single-stage vacuum generator 15 01 10, 15 01 10 LP and 15 01 15 LP — Operation based on Venturi principle. Supply in P, vacuum at U, exhaust at R. Optimal supply pressure normally 6 bar; LP variants perform best at <4 bar. Optional high sound suppression silencer on R. Typical use: control vacuum cups for gripping non-porous objects. In-line and PVP Series

• In-line single-stage vacuum generator PVP 1 — Distinctive two air/vacuum inline connections on same axis; orthogonal exhaust; reduced dimensions and easy maintenance. Product code: PVP1.
• PVP 05, PVP 2, PVP 3, PVP 2 M / MM variants — Small single-stage PVP generators with various mechanical configurations and threaded connectors to mount cups or holders. Product codes: PVP05, PVP2, PVP3, PVP2M, PVP2MM1, PVP2MM2, PVP2MM3.

• VACUMANAGER VM series — Integrated electro-pneumatic circuits to supply/manage single- and multi-stage vacuum generators. Include digital vacuum switch with display, supply valve, blow off valve, flow regulator for blow off. Energy-saving focus; recommended for Octopus systems. • MSVE series — Single-stage and multi-function vacuum generators with coaxial shutters, single-stage ejectors, low-pressure operation (max 4 bar), very high emptying speed, micro solenoid valves controlling supply and blow off, built-in check valve, digital vacuum switch with display/LEDs, integrated suction filter. • AVG series — Designed for automotive sector; mono-block anodised aluminium structure with internal ejectors, servo-controlled slide valve, built-in pneumatic vacuum switch, check valve, suction filter under transparent polycarbonate lid. Energy saving and modular operation.
• Multi-stage series M, MVG, MVG modular families — Multi-stage ejectors deliver high vacuum (up to ~90% / final vacuum ~100 mbar abs. for some multi-stage units) and reduced compressed air consumption compared to single-stage for same capacity. Typical M series codes: M3, M7, M10, M14, M18. MVG and GVMM are multi-function units combining ejectors, solenoid valves, vacuum switches, manifolds and filters in compact anodised aluminium mono-blocks. GVMM modular intermediate MI modules allow stacking multiple vacuum units.

Multi-stage PVP / MDX / MD / MDLP / M... series (higher capacities)

Vacuum jet flow generators and conveyor / adjustable vacuum generators

• Vacuum jet (Flow generators) CX series (CX7, CX10, CX13, CX19, CX25, CX38, CX50) — Compressed air blown into ring chamber generates cyclonic effect creating vacuum and high flow. Suitable for powders, granules, metal chips, liquids, extraction of fumes/coolants. No moving parts; available in anodised aluminium and stainless steel.
• Conveyor adjustable vacuum generators / PVR series (PVR25, PVR50, PVR100, PVR200 etc.) — Venturi-based, adjustable ejectors with large flow diameter to vary vacuum/flow without altering supply air vacuum level. Suited to transfer powders, granulates, sawdust, liquid/dry food, and to control vacuum cups where dust/liquids present. Silencers available to reduce noise.

Cartridge vacuum generators

• PVR cartridge series (PVR1, PVR4, PVR3OT) — Small cartridge vacuum generators for integration into packaging gripping elements. Low pressure operation (1–3 bar typical), vacuums up to -72 kPa (PVR1/PVR4), flow rates 1–4 m3/h; dust/swarf tolerant; standard anodised aluminium or brass/stainless steel variants.
