gfai tech GmbH specializes in innovative products and services for the measurement and analysis of sound and vibration Made in Germany.
In 2001, gfai tech launched the first Acoustic Camera: sound sources can be precisely located and visually displayed. Today, we offer flexible acoustic imaging solutions like our portable Soundcam Mikado, Octagon (all-in-one Soundcam), Fibonacci AC Pro for Acoustic Holography, Ring Arrays (32-72 channel beamforming) - and Sphere-Series (3D) - all featuring our comprehensive analysis software NoiseImage.
HydroVision SeaStar (2025 Premiere): A passive underwater Acoustic Camera for security-oriented infrastructure monitoring.
Our customers use our technologies for noise reduction, fault detection and sound design improvement. Smallest objects from the size of a cricket to household appliances, via motor and rail vehicles or entire wind power and industrial plants can be acoustically mapped and evaluated with our analysis tools.
Innovative solutions in structural dynamics, such as the WaveHitMAX automatic impulse hammer with auto-calibration for fully automatic single impact excitation, state-of-the-art software solutions WaveSim for structural dynamic analysis complete the portfolio.
Our latest advanced software WaveCam enables high-resolution vibration measurements based on video camera data and amplifies motion invisible to the human eye. The vibration data is analyzed in the time and frequency domain to monitor machines, buildings and structures. WaveCam is not a closed camera system, but an open analysis platform. Choose the perfect camera for your measurement task – from high-speed industrial cameras, existing systems, to smartphones. Also available as a service.
As a subsidiary of GFaI e.V., gfai tech GmbH has the expertise to offer unique hardware, software and individual customer solutions for sound and vibration analysis. Together with our worldwide partners, we support them directly on site in the application of the Acoustic Camera, NoiseImage software and vibration measurement technology.
