IBS INC.
私たちについて
IBS was founded as a manufacturer of valves for fluid control.
Today, we continue to grow by focusing not only on valves, but also on pumps, gas generators, and its after-sales services.
We are not only involved in the manufacturing field, but also integrates technology and manufacturing based on the user's needs, and even handles the entire project including products from other companies.
Regardless of the size of the project, we have a deep understanding of each project and consider what is needed to optimize the whole project based on our specialized knowledge. Since we oversee the entire project, we need to fully understand the flow and the characteristics of the required specifications for each part. Another important role is the ability to explain things clearly from the user's perspective.
We aim to be a professional engineering group that plays a role in uniting vendors, users and IBS, and always considers the best choice.
私たちの価値観
IBS' mission is to "develop products that create new value in niche fields."
In order to constantly question the essence of things,
we incorporate various verification methods and tools, and carry out development by appropriately implementing the PDCA cycle, developing products that can be used not only throughout Japan but also around the world.
We provide the optimal products based on the adopted specifications.
If our existing products do not meet the specifications,
it is also available to offer remodeling or customization.
After delivery, maintenance is required to keep the product operating normally.
We provide after-sales support that includes regular maintenance work and allows you to consult with us about further improvements after operation.
We also operate globally by making full use of our network.
For example, we can carry out overseas maintenance of equipment
that has been customized and sold by our local subsidiary.
