A key technological advantage of MTM Power is thermoselective vacuum potting. This technology reliably protects electronic components from moisture, dust, shock, vibration, and thermal stress.
At the same time, the encapsulation improves thermal performance, reduces hotspots, and supports a long service life for power supplies—even under harsh environmental conditions.
All products undergo extensive quality and testing procedures. These include, among other things, electrical tests, burn-in tests, insulation tests, visual inspections, and automated individual unit testing.
Depending on the application and product series, MTM Power products comply with relevant international standards and regulations, including, for example, EN 61010-1, EN 61000-6-x, EN 50155, EN 61373, EN 60068, EN 45545-2, as well as other requirements regarding safety, EMC, and environmental conditions.
