ZEGA Makine is a manufacturer of vibratory surface finishing machines based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The company focuses on delivering reliable and practical surface finishing solutions by combining manufacturing experience with strong engineering know-how.
Rather than offering standard machines only, ZEGA approaches each project as a process solution. Vibratory finishing machines, vibratory dryers, high speed centrifugal surface finishing machines, centrifugal dryers, degreasing systems, conveyors, separation units, chemicals, and consumables are supplied as an integrated system based on the customer’s production needs.
All machines are designed and manufactured in-house in compliance with CE standards. Custom machine design, 3D layout planning, pre-installation technical guidance, on-site commissioning, and operator training are key parts of the project scope.
ZEGA Makine serves a wide range of industries including automotive, defense, aerospace, medical, metal processing, and industrial accessories.
