4B Group junction boxes are suitable for all applications demanding a junction box with ATEX, IECEx or CSA approvals. HOTBOX Junction box is a terminal box with CSA, ATEX and IECEx approvals. It is in compliance with the necessary standards and is approved for ATEX/IECEx Zone 21 and CSA Class ǁ Div2, Groups E and G. It is available in three types - 6 terminal, 12 terminal, and DIN rail only with an earth terminal. The maximum power dissipation allowed is 11.5W. This power rating is possible only when proper electrical and mechanical installation procedures are followed. Dimensions are 141x88x111 (LxHxW) in mm. Terminals are provided for cable up to 2.5mm2. For M25 glands, the boxes have four holes. They are made with high-resistance polyamide. They are rated to IP66, making them dust-tight and able to resist powerful water jets.
