GeneralThe Wolf Rack is an A-frame transport rack built from 2 mm sheet metal with an open-frame design. Rivet nuts at the top of each A-frame accept self-aligning bolts that secure the frames to a U-shaped tie bar; load bars slot into the base of each A-frame and are fastened with self-aligning bolts threaded into permanently fixed rivet nuts. This creates a rigid connection and enables assembly by one operator using a single tool.
Features- Modular A-frame construction formed from 2 mm sheet metal for strong, repeatable connections.
- Rubber-topped bearing surfaces sloping inwards and resilient rubber cushioning on perpendicular supports protect and retain loaded materials.
- Low bearing surface profile minimises lift height for loading/unloading while allowing forklift fork and pallet jack access.
- Lightweight construction with simple assembly and disassembly from a small number of parts.
- A-frame reduces to a compact empty shipping size by one worker with one tool for efficient return transport.
Options- Optional clip-on safety posts to secure large sheet materials (stone, glass) against the A-frame during movement on concrete floors.
- Optional quick-fit wheels and handles using the same bolts and tools as frame assembly for easier handling.
- Aardwolf offers multiple Wolf Rack variants including WR750-1200, WR1270-1200, WR1270-1600, WR1270-2000; Wolf Rack Pocket models (WRP1270-1200, WRP1270-1600, WRP1270-2000); and Wolf Rack Single Sides (WRSS750, WRSS1000, WRSS1270).
