Description

The SuperNova Orbit is specially developed crystallization and for aeration of fat based centre masses and crème fillings. Capable of crystallizing the mass to an almost solid state allows transfer to open hopper wire cutters and extruders without any precooling on conveyor belts needed. The SuperNova Orbit allows easier product handling and masses that are pumpable and homogenous ready-to-use. Further, the production time is minimized with less waste compared to the traditional system.
