Carmen® GO is a plug-and-play ANPR software designed to transform any standard IP camera into a powerful license plate recognition system. Built for quick deployment, this Windows-based application connects to live video streams and returns vehicle data instantly—no additional sensors, no complex configuration. It supports up to 8 simultaneous video streams from any ONVIF-compatible IP camera or uploaded video file. Vehicle detection is automatic, using built-in motion analysis without external triggers. With integrated Make, Model, and Color Recognition (MMR), it delivers enriched data for vehicle analytics, traffic enforcement, and access control. The software recognizes over 38,000 license plate types from 160+ countries, using the Carmen® ANPR engine. Output includes plate number, country/state, vehicle category, timestamp, and optional MMR data. Export formats include CSV, FTP upload, REST API access, and internal web-based database. Designed for system integrators, Carmen® GO offers quick setup, flexible licensing, and intuitive management via a browser interface.
