The A4910 Lubri is a maintenance tool used for monitoring and control of the lubrication process. The A4910 Lubri measures the actual bearing lubrication status and informs the operator when the lubrication state is optimal.
Application of the A4910 Lubri extends the bearing lifetime and saves lubricants. Headphones can be connected to listen to the bearing/machine noise. The A4910 Lubri is simple to operate and also enables you to perform basic measurements and diagnosis of bearing condition. The A4910 Lubri can store the data and along with free DDS software allows to perform route measurements .

Product Overview:
Lubri measures actual bearing vibration once the sensor is mounted on the bearing house. Keep pumping the grease and see the vibration value going down. The bearing is well greased once the value is not decreasing anymore. Extend your bearings' lifetime as simply as this!
Lubri Measurements:
- Dry bearing: When the vibration value is too high you should grease the bearing.
- Add grease: When the vibration value decreases just slightly, you should continue adding grease.
- Lubrication OK: The vibration values decreased to a good level, the bearing is lubricated well.
- Overall values: Velocity for whole machine body vibrations; Acceleration for bearing vibrations.
- Frequency bands: 3 frequency bands for highest acceleration signal detection.
Software:
Lubri comes with free DDS software for trending and data analysis. Collect the data with Lubri regularly and import them into the free DDS software. Follow vibration trends and observe the actual condition of your machines.
