Battery and chargingMicrocontroller‑based switching optimizes charge/discharge cycles and prevents deep discharge. Configurable charging profiles are available for lead‑acid, AGM, GEL, NiCd, NiMh, Li‑Ion and LiFePO4. Features include battery‑specific profiles, temperature compensation, charging current limiter, deep discharge protection and a built‑in battery tester for connection, polarity, shorted cells and internal impedance checks. Battery health monitoring and fault reporting are provided.
Protection and reliabilitySeamless transfer between battery and charger with no interruption. Automatic fuse‑free protection against reverse backup polarity, short circuit, overload and overvoltage. Engineered for continuous, reliable operation in critical applications.
Ethernet integration and remote monitoringEthernet interfaces (SNMPv3, Modbus TCP/IP, HTTPS) and an internal webserver allow remote access to device parameters via gateways, switches or IoT/SCADA systems. Management is possible via HTTP(S) or Adelview system interface for monitoring, configuration, data/event logging and alarm notifications.
Parameters available for monitoring- AC input voltage
- DC output voltage, current, power and output status
- Battery voltage, current and internal resistance
- Network, device and battery fault alarms
Load output and relay configurationThe configurable load output can be controlled by web commands or external inputs. Typical functions: remote load disconnect, automatic load on at AC failure (emergency lighting), timed load activation, cyclic autonomous operation and external push‑button activation.
Relay contactsRelay contacts are freely configurable for functions such as fault relay, AC grid relay, rectifier fault relay or acoustic alarm.
Datasheets and manuals (listed on product page)Datasheets and user manuals are available per model (CBI6012A, CBI6024A, CBI6048A, CBI60024A, CBI60048A) and for the series.
