The system includes the following components: Air casters. Available in Neoprene, Polyurethane or Gap crosser. The right type depends on your specific application and required working pressure (1 to 4 bar). Support plates. Provide rigidity, supports the load, and distributes air from the hose to the diaphragm. Available in Ultra-Thin, Ultra-Strong, and Ultra-Light versions. Air control unit. Essential for regulating airflow and optimizing air consumption. Distribution hoses. Connects the air control unit to the air casters for even air distribution. Supply hose. Standard length of 10 meters for flexible installation. Need specific hose lengths? No problem—manifold hoses can be customized to any length.
