Aerofilm Systems designs and manufactures Air casters and modular Air caster systems that move heavy loads safely, precisely and with minimal floor impact. Founded in 1981 and still family-owned, we build everything in-house at our 1,500 m² facility in Eindhoven (NL) and support customers worldwide through a dedicated partner network, including local service in the U.S.

We co-engineer practical, cost-effective solutions. From load module systems and embedded air-caster platforms to air pallets, roll movers and accessories. Our technology is proven in transformer manufacturing, semiconductors and cleanrooms, modular construction, shipbuilding, aerospace, cable production and industrial relocation.
