Overview
The Predator is a portable high-pressure breathing-air compressor by Coltri from the Portables line, engineered to fill breathing-air cylinders with continuous, standards-compliant air in diving, industrial and emergency applications.

Key components and construction

• 3-stage high-pressure pumping unit machined from an aluminum monoblock for precision and compactness
• Nebulizer lubrication with oil-immersed shank and low-pressure constant-flow pump coupled to the shaft
• Suction filter: 10 µ (micron)
• Pipes, fittings and nuts in AISI 316 stainless steel
• Forged aluminum connecting rods and forged steel crankshaft with hardened rings
• Safety valves including a PED-certified final safety valve

Electric motor

• Motor transmits motion to the pumping unit via belt
• Available in single-phase or three-phase versions from 3 kW

Purification system Maxifilter
The Maxifilter purification system uses a combined molecular sieve and activated carbon cartridge to remove moisture, oil vapours and contaminants. Installed after the 2nd and 3rd stage separators and before the pressure-maintenance valve to provide a primary moisture barrier. Filter capacity (inlet air at 20°C, 200 bar): 890 m³.

Automatic condensate drain (with timer)
Automatic timed condensate drainage simplifies operation and reduces maintenance by removing accumulated water every 7 minutes. Includes:

• 2 timers
• 2 solenoid valves

Autostop system (Autostop)
Automatic shutdown stops the compressor when the final pressure is reached to save energy and reduce wear. Includes:

• 1 pressure switch
• Available final pressure options: 230 bar (safety valve 250 bar) and 300 bar (safety valve 330 bar)

Frame and handling
Steel frame with scratch-resistant powder coating (Black RAL 9005) and carrying handles for safe movement and easy maintenance access.
