Glandless cartridge single seal to suit Ahlstar UP pumps seals are designed to fit the full six bearing frame range of the AhlstarUP pump models. AESSEAL® is believed to be the only seal manufacturer to offer a fully integrated and glandless cartridge mechanical seal range for these pumps, which were launched by Sulzer in 2006. glandless cartridge single seal has been designed specifically for AhlstarUP pumps. The seal uses a multi-spring design that ensures the seal faces are evenly leaded and therefore improve seal life. The cartridge design makes installation simple and the seal can be retrofitted to existing pumps without modification. Monolithic seal face technology reduces distortion in both high and low temperature application increasing seal reliability.
