The SCB-1939 MEC is a 2U Rack-Mount high-performance networking system, supporting dual AMD® EPYC™ 7003/7002 (Milan/Rome) processors. Based on of AMD’s new “Zen 3” CPU core to deliver breakthrough computing performance. Per CPU supports CPU cores up to 64 cores, 256MB cache and 128 PCIe Gen 4 lanes. TheSCB-1939 MEC supports 4x channels DDR4 RDIMM (up to 3200MHz) and maximum memory capacity is up to 1TB per socket. With 64 forward facing PCI Express Gen 4 lanes, the SCB-1939 MEC can support up to 8 Network Expansion Modules, support multiple Ethernet module bays for flexible port configuration: such as 1/10/25/40/100 Gigabit fiber, copper with BYPASS function or not. The maximum capable Ethernet port is up to 64x 1GbE, up to 64x 10GbE, up to 32x 25GbE, up to 8x 100GbE ports. The 8x PCIe Gen4 x8 Expansion bay flexibly support new designed 2x 2.5” U.2 NVMe SSD tray, and GPU/FPGA add-on card swappable tray. SCB-1937 is an ideal computing server for Edge and AI workloads. The strong IO elements of SCB-1939 include 2x management port (one for management, another for onboard BMC/IPMI function), a console port,, a graph LCD module with keypad (5 key), LEDs for power/ HDD/ 2 x GPIO. In addition, the SCB-1937 also supports 2x 2.5” SATA HDDs/SSDs hot-swappable, onboard one mSATA and two M.2 2280 slots for basic network storage application.
