The coil lifter is manufacture to handle and manipulate coils of different kind like aluminium, steel, paper in safety, this coil lifter manipulate coil with horizontal axis, thanks to is saddle that enter inside the coil. Technical information : The main parts are : The head and the main frame of the lifter : they are manufactured with fully continuous welding, theses welding does not support directly the loads thanks to the preparation (machining) of oxycutting parts. We do annealing on these parts. Everything is done to prevent cracks and to warranty you a very safe use. The slides (they support legs of the lifter) : they are massive and manufactured with alloy steel with high elastic limit . They are guided through bronze rails (wearing parts) installed in the main frame of the lifter. The legs : they are massive, with on the bottom curved welded saddles without welding that support directly the loads.
