Product Summary
The TS Series thermal shock environmental aging tester provides separate hot and cold zones and an optional retractable carrier basket to maximize usable volume and accelerate sample throughput. The lightweight basket minimizes thermal inertia. Units are designed for thermal cycling reliability tests across metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and composites.

Overview
Designed to meet EN 60068-2-14, the TS Series evaluates material and assembly resistance to rapid temperature transitions. Tests reveal chemical or mechanical degradation caused by thermal expansion/contraction under accelerated cycling.

Configurations

• Two-Chamber — Basket Transfer (Vertical Stack): Sample basket moves vertically between a high-temperature chamber and a low-temperature chamber. Fast transfer, short recovery, high cycle throughput. Suited to high-frequency cycling and batch screening.
• Single-Chamber — Static Sample (Airflow Switching): Single chamber with rapid hot/cold airflow switching. Sample remains static—no mechanical movement. Recommended for delicate or wired samples. RS-232 / RS-485 available for data logging.
