Description

PP/PA Primer is a high-quality primer for the surface treatment of most plastics. The product is characterized by the following qualities: - - adhesion on untreated polypropylene - - time-consuming of flame treatment, fluorinating, plasma treatment or annealing are not necessary - - excellent water-based paints adhesion Polypropylene (PP) is the most frequently used plastic in the market. With PP/PA Primer the use of polypropylene becomes even more interesting as this versatile and cheap plastic can now also be inexpensively painted. PP/PA Primer can be also applied to a numerous of other plastics. PP/PA Primer is commonly used coating plastics e.g. - - Automotive Bumpers, plastic wings, spoilers, trims, radiator grilles, center consoles, instrument panels, decorative panels, E-coated surfaces - - Household articles Washing machines, refrigerators, water cookers, coffee-machines, irons - - Electronic articles Computer, printers, mobiles - - Pipes, pipelines (UV-protected), containers, tanks, etc. 1. - Surfaces to be treated must be dry and free of dust. 2. - Before apply PP/PA Primer clean plastics for contaminations removal with Catalfer SGA Eco antistatic cleaner and degreaser. 3. - The use of solvent based cleaners e.g. silicone removers are not recommended - in case if used re-clean with Catalfer SGA Eco for avoid adhesion problems. 4. - Shake the can well for 3 minutes and if necessary perform a spray test. „The can is well shaken when the primed surface looks matt after curing-. 5. - Apply PP/PA Primer from a distance of about 25 cm.
