Description

You like it flexible? Then the TML 100 is exactly the right partner for the daily tasks in your business - for example on construction sites, in your company or in shipbuilding. Thanks to the patented TML technology, the Alfra lifting magnet, which weighs only 1.7 kg, is showing an extraordinary performance even on thin-walled materials with a thickness from only 1 mm. The core competence of the TML 100: lifting and transporting ferromagnetic sheets, plates, beams or other parts, safely and precisely. The pivotable load swivel can be turned by 360° - a basis for a large variety of application solutions. Activate the permanent magnet with the user-friendly one-hand operation and use the load swivel, for example, with a hook with a safety flap or with a load loop. The load swivel remains movable even under full load. No matter whether you use a crane, an overhead crane, a rope hoist or a forklift with safety device to move and deposit the load. The hard facts: The maximum load capacity has a range from 50 kg at 3 mm material thickness up to 100 kg from 6 mm thickness. We are calculating a triple safety factor. A further advantage: The resistant magnetic holding surface made of hardened steel with TiN coating is guaranteeing a long service life of the magnet.
