Description

The strongest of our magnets is the perfect device, if heavyweights have to be moved. Our power pack, which is weighing only 18 kg, is lifting loads up to a weight of one tonne from a material thickness of 12 mm – with a safety factor of 3:1. Like all models in the TML series, it is equipped with the patented magnet technology for 'Thin Material Lifting'. This means that the TML 1000 has an impressive lifting force from a material thickness of only 2 mm. The range of possible applications is impressive. One example: you can transport T-beams without turning them over. That’s why you avoid damaging the coating. Because of the intelligent design the magnet can be activated inside the T-beam. The 360° rotating load swivel is providing flexibility. Move ferromagnetic plates, components or sheets safely and precisely from A to B - for example in metal, container, ship or hall construction. As a permanent magnet, the TML 1000 is also operating independently of the power supply. Furthermore, the TML 1000 can be customized to screw special constructions securely to the magnet - for example, for aligning metal parts. The TML 1000 has a long service life. Thanks to its resistant magnetic holding surface with TiN coating it is extremely robust and durable.
