Build option notes

• C1D2 (-X) option: Accuracy as good as ±0.8% of reading and one totalizer; pluggable locking connections (IC, DB15, DB9) cannot be connected/disconnected within the hazardous zone; installation in IP54 (or higher) enclosure inaccessible during normal operation without tools; electronics housed in aluminum body; runs on legacy 7V firmware for some configurations.
