GEAR PUMPS DOSING UNIT The gear pump dosing unit, with independent metering pumps, can be used for the production of poured and wire-cut cookies, éclairs and puffs. Driven by servomotors and PLC for a wide range of adjustments, high accuracy, and automatic storage of data and recipes. This dosing unit can be manufactured according to customer requirements and with the following options: •double head for double-colour dosage •extractable head on a side trolley for cleaning operations •wide range of interchangeable nozzles with the possibility of rotating nozzles •possibility of two-axes head movements (axis X-Y) in order to manufacture products with special shapes •wire-cut interchangeable device, driven by servomotor •A dry ingredients dispenser (for sugar, chocolate chips…) can be added to the line for target distribution on the product
