Description

CVD diamond is singlecrystalline diamond without binder, obtained by the Chemical Vapor Deposition method (CVD). It allows the forming of various metallized thin films for chip mount and wire bonding. Applications - Semiconductor laser submount, Power transistor substrate, etc. This is a diamond heatspreader of 0.2 to 0.4 mm produced by the CVD method (Chemical Vapor Deposition).
