For the cutting of pre-divided yellow and hard cheese loaves into segments
• diameter 160 - 450 mm
• height 50 - 140 mm
The already halved cheese loaf is placed on the infeed belt against a stop plate. The halving and the possible centre cutout are done outside of the machine on a suitable cutting device (e.g. HT II). The cutting into segments is carried out by means of ultrasonic technology. The segments are then transported out of the machine pointing backwards.
