Overview
Designed for industrial use, the DWR series are semi-automatic dispensers for roll-fed self-adhesive labels. Constructed entirely in steel, the units are straightforward to operate and adaptable to common label types used in production environments.

DWR LC
The DWR LC is a very compact, lightweight dispenser for roll-fed non-transparent self-adhesive labels. Two microprocessor-controlled, self-learning sensors automatically detect the difference in transparency between the label and its silicone liner, presenting the label almost fully peeled on the peeler bar for manual removal; when removed, the next label is dispensed automatically. The control board stops motor rotation when the reel finishes and can emit an acoustic warning for paper breaks. Power supply: 24 V DC. An electromechanical sensor is available for transparent labels and detects thickness differences between the label and the liner.

Series DWR
The DWR series is available in versions for widths up to 100 mm (DWR 100) and 200 mm (DWR 200). The reel holder adapts to standard internal cores and accepts reels up to 300 mm in diameter. Optional accessories include a preset electronic counter (incremental or decremental counting with automatic stop) and a battery-powered version providing about 5 hours of operation depending on label size and dispensing frequency; the battery charges automatically when connected to mains (charger integrated in the control board).
