Perfectly suited for temperature measurement in small and narrow environments About the FTCS-LT-/-Csmed-LT Infrared Temperature Sensor The infrared pyrometer FTCS-LT is perfectly suited for temperature measurement in small and narrow environments. The robust measuring heads have been developed for use in temperature ranges from and can be employed in ambient temperatures of up to 80°C (176 °F) without additional cooling. The inexpensive IR pyrometers are perfectly suited for OEM solutions. They also work ideally for multiple employments of infrared measurement points. The plug version FTCsmed-LT additionally allows for a quick assembly and removal, e.g. for regular calibration of medical devices. The pyrometer optris FTCS-LT can be employed universally in many areas of application. It is used, for example, for temperature control in plastics production, like thermoforming of foil. The compact pyrometer is also used for preventive electrical maintenance, since in most cases devices heat up before an error occurs. By using the optris FTCS-LT, potential outages can be detected and fixed. Designed specifically for medical application, the FTCsmed-LT is used for the manufacturing of dental products, like sports mouthpiece inlays. The pyrometer, additionally, makes operating on patients safer and prevents skin damage during cryotherapy.
