ALUTEC FULLY AUTOMATED END OF LINE EQUIPPED FROM SORTING CARTONS OR CASES IN PLASTIC OR CARDBOARD TILL TO PALLETIZATION All three automatic lines have been designed and installed by the Alutec, each line is fully automatic and manages in total autonomy, the infeed of bags of various weights and sizes, checks their weight and discards unsuitable bags. Then all the bags with the correct weight are automatically put in boxes by our BOXING MACHINE and subsequently palletized automatically and finally , without involving any operator, they are palletized by our PALLETIZER and then automatically strapped and picked up by an operator. Each processing phase, weight control with waste, crating, palletizing and strapping are done automatically by totally removing the manual handling of the operator and speeding up and optimizing the productivity, traceability and organization. All the machines that compose each single line have been carefully studied in every single part to optimize safety, reliability and energy saving. Each machine is able to manage and track every single product and case and / or carton at incoming and outgoing. All lines / machines are fully compliant with all current regulations in terms of safety and accessibility and with all the requirements for industry 4.0.
