First machine to pre-size vegetables, carrots, zucchini courgettes and cucumbers in different sizes chosen by the customer. The product is loaded onto the vibrating hopper in bulk and, as it advances, it encounters sheet metal domes which convey it into the vibrating channels. Continuing, the product must pass a slit where, if the carrot or courgette or cucumber is of short length, it falls, otherwise the carrot the courgette the cucumber continues to the exit. The machine has the function of dividing carrots, courgettes, cucumbers and any other vegetable with similar shape, based on its length. The first calibration, defined as “undersize”, allows to eliminate that part of the product less than 25 mm. The adjustment is carried out by the operator by acting on the spacer placed on both sides of the machine. The product thus obtained under measurement falls on a conveyor belt placed transversely to the direction of travel of the machine. The product left on the transport rollers reaches the first calibration section where the operator prepares the gap between the rollers, based on the diameter to be obtained by setting the desired value.
