Description
The ESEP is a complete automation concept engineered for the annular gap expander. It consolidates more than twelve years of process and automation know‑how into two core elements: a switch cabinet housing a Siemens S7 PLC that performs the main control and regulation, and a PC‑based visualization and operator station (Windows / InTouch). The switch cabinet should be installed close to the machine for direct process control, while the HMI can be placed remotely via Ethernet to the control room. ESEP supports monitoring of up to three expander lines and includes a variant optimised for KAHL extruder OEE and the crown expander.
