Process systems require high pressure vessels not only for reactors but also other duties such as dosing tanks, buffer vessels, collection pots, distillation column receivers, accumulators, and many other needs. We can fabricate such high-pressure vessels in a wide range of MOCs and sizes including to support all sorts of corrosive and toxic duties. Depending on application, steam jacketing or internal heating / cooling coils can be provided and also special nozzles and valves to support slurries or other challenging conditions. All equipment can be made to meet cGMP or CIP requirements for Pharma applications and FDA controlled processes.
