Stationary combustion analyzer WDG-V

Surviving post disaster is never easy can get disastrous and the wise choice is prevention. There is a rapid use of burners in the industries. What makes an effective burner is the reliable identification of how less amount of oxygen combustion takes place in a fire heater or boiler.The Burner Management System ensures proper control and safety. Burners with low emission and aggressive firing control points tend to gain efficiency. Tight control and measurements are driving the industry due to emission reductions. But they also have a potential for combustion events. The Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) was implemented to reduce the rate of combustion and to ensure safety is its priority. This additional layer of safety is added to the Basic Process Control System. The WDG-V has been designed to provide such an additional layer of safety. This will keep the excess oxygen in check, and also other combustible elements and Methane. This will be done by using some of the measurements to ensure the safe operation of the Burner Management System.
