Overview
The CS2Plus digital force testing machine by Chatillon is a high-precision, production-oriented tester designed for material and component testing up to 5 kN (1124 lbf). The CS2Plus integrates a 2-in-1 13-inch high-resolution color touchscreen console. The interface provides graphical and tabular result displays and a guided workflow for test setup, execution and report generation, enabling standalone operation without a dedicated PC.

Performance and data acquisition
The CS2Plus offers speed accuracy better than 1% and high-resolution data acquisition with a 100 kHz sampling rate. Results and statistics can be exported in CSV and PDF formats; the system supports automatic result export via RS232 after each test.

Standalone operation
The unit is designed for self-contained use: test configuration, execution and reporting are performed directly from the integrated touchscreen console without external software.

Documentation and firmware
User manuals, data sheets and firmware updates are provided for the CS2Plus platform and the CS2 family to support motion control improvements, reliability and added features.
