Ami Polymer Pvt. Ltd. manufactures silicone cords, strips and gaskets in round, square and strip formats. Cross-sections and strip profiles are produced from 1.00 mm up to 50.00 mm according to customer requirements. Production methods include step moulding and microwave continuous curing, selected to meet part geometry and volume needs while delivering consistent dimensions and surface finish along length.

Standard sizes available
Round cords: examples 1.00 mm, 2.00 mm, 3.00 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.00 mm, 4.5 mm ... up to 50.00 mm. Square cords: examples 6 × 6 mm, 8 × 8 mm, 10 × 10 mm, 12 × 12 mm ... up to 50 × 50 mm. Strips: examples 25 × 0.5 mm to 25 × 6 mm; 30 × 0.5 mm to 30 × 6 mm; 40 × 0.5 mm to 40 × 6 mm; 50 × 0.5 mm to 50 × 6 mm. Custom sizes and sections available on request.

Manufacturing & properties
Manufacturing methods: step moulding and microwave continuous curing. These processes ensure tight dimensional control, uniform physical properties along the length and a consistent surface finish. Products are available in round and square cross-sections as well as strip profiles to suit sealing, gasketing, cushioning and insulation requirements.
