The as1 Control System is an industrial plant control solution for asphalt production, delivering automated mix production, data reporting and remote access. Developed for both batch and continuous plants, as1 supports operators with clear controls and business-relevant information.

as1 provides fully automated mix production while allowing safe manual operation. The system collects statistical data, generates built‑in reports and enables remote data access via the Internet. Key functions include unlimited recipe management, dynamic in‑flight correction, automatic burner control and full integration of electrically heated bitumen storage tanks.

as1 Control System for Batch Mixing Plants
For batch plants the system improves production consistency and process transparency. It supports locking of silo loading to prevent material mixing, composite or individual feeder proportion adjustment during production, automatic burner step‑up/step‑down control and burner diagnostics via trend graphics. Additional features include production lists for sequential processing, support for various dosing systems, automatic optimisation of aggregate‑to‑bitumen ratio, a feeder calibration wizard and convenient onscreen recipe selection with on‑the‑fly recipe change.
