The as1 Control System for Concrete Batch Mixing Plants enables operator control of aggregate charging and the metering of aggregates, binders, water and additives. The system is easy for operators to use. All functions are controlled with a keyboard and a mouse. Plant functions are easily tracked through real-time intuitive displays. Messages and warnings are sent to operators audibly and visually to ensure quick responses when needed. The result is an intuitive system that provides profit-improving efficiencies.
