Overview
ZipLink® modular spiral-link conveyor belts combine a structured spiral link mesh with a selectable top-cover to create spliceable endless belts without special presses or tools. The low-elongation polyester monofilament carcass provides lateral stability and allows repair or replacement of limited sections, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.

Materials and characteristics
Nitrile

• General characteristics: Thermoset rubber; oil and fat resistance; wear and impact resistance; FDA/USDA compliant options; service temperature -18 °C to 121 °C.
• Main applications: Food processing (meat & poultry, fish, cereal flakes); chemical industry; textile roller covers; cardboard production.

Natural Rubber

• General characteristics: Thermoset rubber; excellent abrasion resistance; good grip in wet and dry conditions; FDA-compliant options; temperature range -40 °C to 121 °C.

Carboxylated Nitrile

SBR

Teflon (PTFE)

• General characteristics: Thermoplastic; excellent release and chemical resistance; good oil/fat resistance; FDA options; limited abrasion resistance; temperature range -50 °C to 82 °C.

Cotton / Felt

• Characteristics: Suitable up to 120 °C.

Fabric top-covers

• Characteristics: Low friction coefficient for high-speed running. Specific constructions include ZipLink® bridge raiser belts for extreme conditions (high humidity, high temperature, high speed).
