Description

VERTIwrap NEW VERSION Mini Complete System is equipped with features like OMRON PLC and 7"-touchscreen, OMRON PID temperature controller, SCHNEIDER or OMRON electronic parts, AIRTAC pneumatic components. Available in stainless steel version (SS304 - optional SS316) ,it has self diagnose functions and is suitable for laminated BOPP/PE film. Servo motor motorized tension control for fast and smooth film transportation, with horizontal and vertical seal width of 8 mm it has serrate cutting ideal for back seal type bags (pillow-/stick-packs). Production of 20-50pcs/min includes hotprint coder (2 lines, 10 characters each) supporting a film width <180 mm. Houses a dosing unit with swing filler for smaller particles or cup granulate filler for larger particles. - Specifications: speed 20-50 pcs/min., film width: <180mm, bag size: L(30-180)xW(10-80)mm (incl. double pulling option), 220V, 2.5KW. - Machine dimensions: L1400xW1100xH1400 mm, weight 400kg.
