Description
The VERTIwrap Mini Complete System Pillow Bag slow Liquid 60 (50-100ml) is a small packaging system. This machine is contains a dosing unit for stagnant flowing liquids.
This machine is designed with SIEMENS PLC and 7"-SIEMENS touchscreen, stainless steel version (SS304). It includes an auto diagnostics system and OMRON PID temperature controller. It also features its pillows bags, step-motor film-pulling, fitted for laminated BOPP/PE film, chain-bag function, hot print coder, piston pump, speed control, accuracy +/-1% and a stir/mix device.
It can work with the following specs: speed max. is 30-60 pcs/min., filling volume of 50-100ml, film width of <200mm, bag size is WL 92x150mm, power of 220V, 1.5KW and Machine dimensions is L800xW800xH1700 mm / 300kg.
