Description
Boasting a complete stick system, this VERTIwrap is vertical packaging machine that includes 12 manufacturing lanes. The lanes make "stick-packs" with back center sealing to to pack normal liquids like water, vinegar, etc.
The machine offers an Omron PLC and a color touchscreen. It also features a hot printing coder. The coder has two lines and in each line, it has 10 characters.
The Vertiwrap is 1900mm long, 1500mm wide and 1900mm high. It weighs 80kg. Its power can be 220V or 7.5 KW. The packaging speed of the unit can go extensively from 12x60 ~ 720 bags/min but it still depends on the product. Moreover, the machine is compatible for all BOPP or PE laminated films.
