Followed by a Pick&Place universal gripper which is adjusted according to format without parts changes and inserting filled bottles into carton trays. The maximum pallet height is determined by the height of the line (input bottle conveyor). PEM: Semi-automatic system, ideal to work at low production rates. The tray and pallet supply are done manually. Optionally, it can include: • Automatic pallet doser. • Pallet conveyors and end of line (wrapping, strapping, labelling).
