Flexible palletizing for 5 gallon containers (20 liters) in racks and/or over pallets, by an anthropomorphic robot, generally installed at the end of the filling line. It is a fully automatic palletizing/inserting system into racks, and it can include the automatic supply of pallets and a racks/pallets transportation system. The system includes: • Bottle conveyor from the line to the pick-up area. • Anthropomorphic robot, model selected depending on line specifications. • Gripper designed depending on line requirements. The RR series robots have a gripper designed for palletizing/depalletizing of 5 Gallons bottles in racks or on pallets. Optionally, it can include: • Automatic pallet warehouse. • Pallet conveyor and end of line (wrapping, strapping, labeling).
