Bottle palletizer in trays, ½ trays, or ¼ trays.  They have a layer forming table, preceded by either a bottles dispenser or a pusher (depending on production speeds). Followed by a Pick&Place universal gripper which is adjusted according to format without parts changes and inserting filled bottles into carton trays. The maximum pallet height is determined by the height of the line (input bottle conveyor). PEMH: Fully automatic system designed to work at medium/high production rates. It usually includes a bottle divider at the inlet to form layers (it allows working with different formats and layer configurations, with an easy change over with no parts changing, automatic format change through the control panel), and an automatic tray former (folding system with hot glue). Optionally, it can include: • Automatic pallet doser. • Pallet conveyors and end of line (wrapping, strapping, labelling).
