The R-GUM paste is indispensable agent used forquick repairs of exhaust systems. It has putty consistency and is dark grey. Made on the basis of silicates of alkali metals is almost scentless. The paste hardens in consequence of the high temperature emmited form exhaust system of the vehicle. Use: For sealing crack points, holes and perforations of exhaust system. Appliction: The surface must be cleaned with the scratch brush from the dirt and loose rust. Start the vehicle engine for a short time in order to heat the exhaust system. Moisten the Repaired place with water. With Wet hands form thin plasters of the paste and put them on the damaged place so they overlap one another . Edges must be flatten and smoothed down. In order to harden the paste quickly start the vehicle engine and let it run. If necessary a small amount o water can be added to the paste in order to make its forming easy.
