The "Thin" manifold Alpa series valves are designed with 1" width to accommodate more valves in less space. The faster assembly valves are preferred over stacking style valves. Thin manifold valves are available in 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 station manifolds. The odd numbered stations are recommended to be used with optional blanking plates. The versatile designed valves are controlled by one of five ways using Solenoid/Spring, Solenoid/Solenoid, Solenoid/Pilot, Pilot/Spring, or Pilot/Pilot. Operation in vacuum service and low pressure applications is made possible with an optional external solenoid piece. 1/8" and 1/4" (NPT) models come with 3/8" supply or exhaust ports. The unit comes as two-position or three-position valve with speed controls directly installed into manifolds with minimized set-up time. The valve body, end plate and manifold are constructed of zinc. The valve features numerous control options and larger air passage ensures optimum flow. Precision ground spool ensures excellent shift response and resists wear. Alpha offers superb performance with 5-year warranty.
