The O2 Trace control unit is designed for low-value O2 measurement. Its sturdy IP66 stainless steel casing makes it ideal for use in the food industry. A PLC with color touch screen allows traceability of measurements in XLS format. Depending on the O2 sensor integrated into the unit, measurements can be taken on scales from 0 to 10,000 ppm. A pump with a flow rate of 0.5 L/min enables measurements from atmospheric pressure. Easy to install and use, this unit is delivered pre-configured for the required application. The "COM" option enables dialogue with a supervisor or a man/machine interface. The two integrated thresholds manage local slaving or N2 regulation. An audible alarm draws the user's attention when a threshold is exceeded. Continuous monitoring of sample flow ensures that the system is operating correctly.
